Our faculty includes a mix of communications professionals – from marketing directors to academics to entrepreneurs. WVU IMC professors own strategic communications agencies, they are published authors, and they’ve worked with some of the most valuable brands in the nation, and the world, including: Walgreens, AT&T, General Motors, Scripps Networks Interactive, and more. 

Each year, students vote to nominate influential and inspiring instructors to win the Alexia Vanides Award.
