J. Bryan Bennett is an internationally renowned data-driven business strategy and customer-centric marketing solutions professional. He has more than 15 years of experience delivering data and database marketing solutions to clients in the banking, credit card, investment, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and insurance industries. His work has led to the identification of new customer insights and business opportunities resulting in improved operations and efficiencies.
Bennett has been published in several national and international journals and co-authored the CRM implementation vision selected by The Gartner Group as one of the three most complete. This vision has become the foundation for most successful CRM implementations today.
Prior to starting Insight Data Group, Bennett provided data strategies and database marketing solutions for clients such as Chase, State Farm, BellSouth, Pharmacia and Proctor & Gamble while working for large data providers such as ChoicePoint, Acxiom and Equifax.
Bennett is a member of the Chief Marketing Officer Council, Reuters Insight Community of Experts, Gerson Lehrman Group Consulting Council and the IT Senior Management Forum.
Bennett holds a Master of Business Administration degree (1985) in marketing, finance, management policy and management information systems from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science degree (1980) in accounting from Butler University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
