Register Online for INTEGRATE West Virginia!

Complete your registration three ways:

1. Online Registration: Register online now through WVU’s secure eCommerce storefront.

2. Mail: If you would like to mail in your registration, please complete the INTEGRATE Registration form and mail with check payable to “WVU Foundation” to the address on the form.

3. Final Rate: Complete the INTEGRATE Registration form and bring a check payable to “WVU Foundation” for the full Final Rate ($275) to the registration table at the event.

Full Conference Access, including Keynote Dinner
The full conference pass allows attendance at all INTEGRATE West Virginia events for one discounted rate.


Conference Only
The conference only rate includes the preconference welcome event on Thursday, June 1, general & breakout sessions and attendee networking luncheon on Friday, June 2, and all events on Saturday, June 3 (includes all sessions and breakfast).

The Conference Only pass does not include the Keynote Dinner on Friday, June 2.


Keynote Dinner Only
The keynote dinner only rate includes on the activities occurring on Friday evening at Brad D. Smith Foundation Hall.

The Keynote Dinner Only pass does not include any other conference activities.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If you and/or your guests are unable to attend an event and must cancel your reservation(s), please submit notice of your cancellation via email to Written requests for cancellation/refund will be accepted until April 14, 2017. Refunds are subject to a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be given after April 15, as all reservations will have been confirmed with the venue(s) at which the events will be held. Conference no-shows will not receive a refund. Substitute attendees will be permitted (by written request) until May 15, 2017.

Media Recording/Usage Release:
For the privilege of participating in activities for West Virginia University, I am giving consent for my image and likeness, as well as those of my guest(s), to be videotaped, audiotaped, or photographed for the following uses: educational/instructional media recruitment/outreach media development media newsworthy media documentation. I further authorize West Virginia University and/or West Virginia University Hospitals, Inc., and their component parts, to use this electronic media and/or photographs in any manner-whole, or in part. This waiver includes usage of this media in any way deemed appropriate, which may include electronic and photographical reproductions thereof for the production of educational, instructional, promotional, or institutional advancement materials which support the educational and outreach activities of West Virginia University. I hereby waive any right I may have to inspect or approve any use of this electronic media and/or photographs and I release West Virginia University and its component parts from all liability which could result from its use.
