About Mel Windley
Mel has more than 38 years of experience in the restaurant and retail industries, and has been involved in nearly every aspect of operations, training, brand development, strategic marketing and communication planning, and business plan development for some of the nation’s most recognizable brands. He provides executive counsel and strategic direction for Fahlgren Mortine’s restaurant and consumer brand accounts and is actively involved in the business operations of the agency. Mel is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of California and CSU Sacramento, where he received his MBA.

Before coming to serve as Fahlgren Mortine’s VP leading accounts for the McDonald’s Corporation, Mel spent many years managing and directing on the West Coast for the biggest names in fast food, including Wendy’s, Hardy’s, and Krispy Kreme.

About Jeff Monfort
Jeff’s fist job was with McDonald’s in Wapakoneta, OH where he met his wife Mary. They went from “being behind the counter” to “owning the counter” twenty years later and still counting. They operate their McDonald’s Restaurants as a family business that extends into the six communities where they do business. Jeff enjoys community engagement where he has served in several capacities, including being a past president of local chambers, and currently as outside director for a regional bank and the YMCA. Jeff has held several McDonald’s Regional and Co-op leadership positions over the years and is a past winner of the Ronald Award. Their sons and daughter are all involved in the business and are past winners of the prestigious Ray Kroc award. Jeff continues to be recognized as a leader within the Owner/Operator community.
About James Nice
Raised in New Martinsville West Virginia, James graduated from Marietta College with a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations. He has 17 years of experience working on the McDonald’s brand on the restaurant, agency and corporate side of the business. James is currently a Marketing Director responsible for strategic planning, marketing communications, and retail execution for McDonald’s in a region that responsible for over 700 restaurants, and nearly two billion dollars in revenue.
