INTEGRATE 2018 Registration Information

There are three INTEGRATE 2018 Pass options.

Option 1: Full Conference Pass

This is an All Access Pass to all INTEGRATE 2018 events, except the Adventure WV Excursions, which can be purchased through the “Adventure WV Excursions” tab in the eCommerce portal.

Option 2:  Conference-Only Pass

This pass includes all INTEGRATE 2018 events except the Adventure WV activities and the Keynote Dinner on Friday, August 3 at the WVU Alumni Center.

Option 3: Keynote Dinner Only Pass

This pass includes only the INTEGRATE 2018 Keynote Dinner on Friday, August 3 at the WVU Alumni Center.

Adventure WV Excursions
In addition, there are seven Adventure WV Excursion options, which can be added to any of the above INTEGRATE 2018 Passes. Options include the Odyssey Course, Zip-Line Canopy Tour, Alpine Tower and Giant Swing, Kayaking, Rock Climbing, Hiking and the Low Ropes Course. Complete your registration three ways:

1. Online Registration: Register online now through WVU’s secure eCommerce storefront.

2. Mail: If you would like to mail in your registration, please complete the INTEGRATE Registration form and mail with check payable to “WVU Foundation” to the address on the form.

3. Final Rate at the Event: Complete the INTEGRATE Registration form and bring a check payable to “WVU Foundation” for the full Final Rate ($500) to the registration table at the event.

Professional Development Letter

Marketing is a rapidly evolving field. With new developments in fields such as data utilization and audience targeting, it can be difficult to stay up to date with all of marketing’s newest advancements.

The need for connection, collaboration and continuing education are what have turned our INTEGRATE conference into what it is today. Here at West Virginia University’s Reed College of Media, we understand the importance of continuing one’s education even after graduation. We want to help you connect with other marketing professionals from around the country. We want to help you learn about the newest trends and strategies in the field. We want to help you attend INTEGRATE 2018.

In many companies, budgets are tight, with little room for extra expenses. We know that it can be difficult to get funding for a professional development conference. Feel free to use the attached letter to help make your case. Simply sign at the bottom and give it to your manager.

Cancellation/Refund Policies:

INTEGRATE 2018 Passes (Full Conference, Conference-Only & Keynote Dinner Only):

If you and/or your guests are unable to attend an event and must cancel your reservation(s), please submit notice of your cancellation via email to chad.mezera@mail.wvu.edu. Written requests for cancellation/refund will be accepted until July 1, 2018. All refunds are subject to a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be given after July 1 as all reservations will have been confirmed with the venue(s) at which the events will be held. Conference no-shows will not receive a refund. Substitute attendees will be permitted (by written request) until July 15, 2018.  

Adventure WV Excursions:

INTEGRATE 2018 Adventure WV Excursion sales are final and are nonrefundable. However, purchased Adventure WV Excursions may be transferred to another INTEGRATE 2018 attendee or you may request to switch your purchased activity if a different desired activity is available, provided it is of equal or lesser value to your original purchase. Any changes must be requested in writing to chad.mezera@mail.wvu.edu before July 1, 2018.


Media Recording/Usage Release:

For the privilege of participating in activities for West Virginia University, I am giving consent for my image and likeness, as well as those of my guest(s), to be videotaped, audiotaped, or photographed for the following uses: educational/instructional media recruitment/outreach media development media newsworthy media documentation. I further authorize West Virginia University and/or West Virginia University Hospitals, Inc., and their component parts, to use this electronic media and/or photographs in any manner-whole, or in part. This waiver includes usage of this media in any way deemed appropriate, which may include electronic and photographical reproductions thereof for the production of educational, instructional, promotional, or institutional advancement materials which support the educational and outreach activities of West Virginia University. I hereby waive any right I may have to inspect or approve any use of this electronic media and/or photographs and I release West Virginia University and its component parts from all liability which could result from its use.
