We have several new faculty members who offer not only a wealth of industry knowledge, but also the desire to share it with their students. The below faculty members will begin teaching in either the Late Spring or Summer WVU IMC term.
New IMC Faculty
Kristen Buzan of Enid, OK, is the Senior Marketing Manager for U-verse Marketing at AT&T. Specifically, she leads the team that markets to the existing U-verse TV customer base. They focus on how to retain their existing customer base and increase revenue. She directs their social media strategy and execution, and all emerging technologies including augmented reality and personalized URLs. She has spent last 10 years working for AT&T primarily in their marketing organization. She is teaching IMC 619 – Emerging Media & the Market.

Cyndi Greenglass of Chicago, IL, is a founding partner and Senior Vice President Strategic Solutions at Diamond Marketing Solutions, a $100,000,000 full service direct marketing company located in Chicago. Cyndi has twice been named into the Top 100 Influential BtoB Marketers by Crain’s BtoB Magazine, and was the 2012 CADM Chicago Direct Marketer of the Year. Cyndi is a member of the Executive Management team at Diamond Marketing Solutions where she is responsible for the strategic planning process, participates in strategic acquisitions, and manages the agency services division. She is teaching one of our new electives, IMC 693X – Marketing Communications Analytics.

Susan Nickbarg of Silver Spring, MD, has more than 15 years of experience successfully launching new products and developing global brands in Fortune 500 manufacturing, technology, and media companies providing strategic direction, building aligned integrated marketing communications (IMC) campaigns, integrating corporate social responsibility (CSR), branding, and leading cross functional teams and agencies. Today as Managing Consultant, SVN Marketing, Susan works in marketing and CSR and sustainability working with F1000 companies, startups, government, and nonprofit organizations. She is teaching IMC 636 – Campaigns.
Dr. Debra Zahay of Chicago, IL, has been the president of her own digital marketing database and relationship management consulting firm since 1993 and has extensive experience helping business-to-business (B2B) companies identify and develop customer relationships, often using digital technologies. She has worked with privately-held manufacturing firms as well as service industries such as software and insurance. B2B integrated marketing and database design are her specialties. She is teaching IMC 629 – Mobile Marketing .
